Many Phresh Royalty products are limited releases and/or made specifically to fulfil pre-orders. For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
No Cancellations or Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
This includes changes to:
- Product or design
- Size
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Customer details
Please ensure all information is correct before completing checkout.
No Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, accidental purchases or other customer ordering errors.
Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are produced based on orders received during the advertised pre-order period.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will not be immediately available for dispatch and that production and delivery timeframes are estimates.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or exchanged.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Phresh Royalty with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable remedy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and other order information are correct before completing checkout.
As orders cannot be changed after they are placed, please carefully review your details before submitting your order.
Phresh Royalty is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services after an order has been dispatched.
